REFUNDS.

Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Who handles billing

All Switchlo subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. This means Paddle, acting on our instructions, is the entity that actually issues refunds and processes payment disputes. You may see "Paddle.com" on your card/bank statement rather than "Switchlo."

2. Refund window

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription charge, no questions asked. Renewal charges (i.e. any charge after your first billing period) are not eligible for a refund. If you don't want to be charged again, cancel before your renewal date — see Section 4 below.

3. How to request a refund

Email switchlosupport@gmail.com with the email address on your Switchlo account and the approximate date of the charge. We'll process eligible refunds through Paddle within a few business days; the refund itself may take a few additional days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewal charges — your plan stays active (and its higher request limit stays in effect) until the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period; see the refund window above if you'd like one.

5. Usage-based exceptions

We may decline a refund if your account shows clear evidence of abuse of the refund policy itself (for example, repeatedly subscribing and requesting a refund after using the majority of a billing period's request quota).
