Do you mark up provider costs?
No. You bring your own provider API keys and pay OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Groq, and others directly at their list price. Switchlo's fee only covers the routing layer.
What counts as a request?
Each completed chat completion call routed through Switchlo counts once, regardless of how many providers it took to get a successful response.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What happens if I go over my request limit?
We'll email you before you hit the limit. On Free, Starter, and Pro, requests beyond the limit queue for the next cycle rather than failing outright.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro routing?
Starter lets you set a fixed rule — always cheapest, always fastest, and so on. Pro's AI Routing Engine re-evaluates every request against live latency, availability, cost, and quality signals across your connected providers.
